Payment conditions and cancellation fees:
To confirm the booking with you we need to receive a deposit of 25% of the total value.
The rest will be payable 30 days before commencement of the holiday.
You will receive a notification by email as soon as the money enters our account.
Our email correspondence and our website adverts with all the details regarding the house will be agreement and contract between us.
Cancellations by the guest: In case we are able to rent out the house to other guests over the dates – or part of it – you cancelled, we will refund the total amount paid by you always up to a maximum of what the new guests will pay and reserving the right to keep costs for expenses in the case (e.g. extra advertisements, special discounts, commissions and handling charges).
In case we are not able to rent the property within the dates cancelled by you at all or in part, there will be a maximum amount to pay according the percentages below specified:
Until 60 days before arrival = 0% of the full price.
From 59 until 30 days before arrival = 50% of the full price.
From 29 until 0 days before arrival = 100% of the full price.
End cleaning fee and welcome service will not be charged in case of any cancellation.
- Cortijo el Cura, Cortijo el Potro y Caserio el Olivo: Our prices are for the entire estate (house, garden and pool) for up to 4 adults. Any extra bedding is charged 10€ per day. But extra bedding for children fewer than 12 is free. The rate includes all utilities such as Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, firewood, a pantry with the essentials (spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, cocoa/hot chocolate, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.).
The final cleaning fee is 45€ for our professional cleaning staff.
The complete welcome service set is 40€ and contains the following:
Clean and complete finished coated duvet covers and linen set of high quality bedding, bed rugs, towels (hand/facial, bathing, pool/beach), kitchen cloths, sponges, set soap and toilet paper, candles and matches.
A welcome food pack for a first snack with bread, butter, cheese, eggs, olives, yogurt, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, spaghetti, canned tomato, milk, water, juice, beer, a bottle of wine and a generous fruit bowl. (This can be cancelled which reduces the fee to 20€)
Personalized reception at a meeting points in the village as well the guiding and the introduction to the property.
- Tropical Studio;: Our prices are for using the entire estate (apartment, garden and pool) for up to 2 adults. Any extra bedding is charged 10€ per day. But extra bedding for children fewer than 12 is free.

It doesn’t include the final cleaning fee of 45€ for our professional cleaning staff which contains as well the following:
Beds ready made with complete clean linen set of quality bedding, bed rugs, towels (hand/facial, bathing, pool/beach), kitchen cloths, sponges, set soap and toilet paper, candles and matches and a welcome gift of sugar, coffee, tea, cocoa/hot chocolate, spaghetti, canned tomato, a bottle of organic wine, a bottle of our own home made organic olive oil, a fresh fruit bowl and a bottle of mineral water.
This fee will be charged upon your arrival only once as one single payment, as it is a unique value, independent of the length of your stay and it will ensure that you will find the property in spotless condition giving your holiday the perfect start.
We accept pets only on request and keep in case a security deposit of 150€. Pets must be well educated, never jump on any furniture and not cause any dirty or damage to the property, neither be a nuisance for other people. In no case are dogs of dangerous breeds accepted.
